You may charge your gift to your MasterCard, Visa or Diners Club credit card through Catholic Volunteer Network's secure online donation process.

Gifts by Check

A check is one of the easiest and most commonly used ways of supporting Catholic Volunteer Network. Make your check payable to Catholic Volunteer Network and mail it to:

Catholic Volunteer Network
Office of Development
6930 Carroll Avenue, Suite 820
Takoma Park, MD 20912-4423

Gifts of Securities

Many donors find that a gift of appreciated stock is the most advantageous contribution because they receive a tax deduction based on the full market value of the shares, without realizing capital gains when the stock is sold by Catholic Volunteer Network. Please contact the Office of Development at (301) 270-0900, ext. 19 or (800) 543-5046 to learn how to make your transfer.

Tribute Gifts

Tribute gifts, given in the name of a loved one, are unique expressions of thoughtfulness. At Catholic Volunteer Network, there are two types of tribute gifts: Honor and Memorial Gifts.

An Honor Gift recognizes a person on a special occasion, such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary.

A Memorial Gift offers a meaningful way to pay lasting tribute to the memory of a loved one while also extending sympathy to the family.

Your loved one or their family will receive a special acknowledgment that recognizes the honoree and the donor. The amount of your gift remains confidential.
Please include the name(s) and contact information of those to be notified.

Matching Gifts

Please remember to ask your employer if they will match your charitable gift.

A Bequest in Your Will

Your attorney can help you design an estate plan that protects your family, preserves your property and benefits Catholic Volunteer Network. You can bequeath a percentage of your estate, a dollar amount or remainder of your estate to Catholic Volunteer Network.
